Below is an image of a football net, my aim in gathering this image was to see exactly how many hexagons are needed (32) to formerly shape the sized ball I had picked, which was to be used in this game. However if necessary there will be a chance to reduce or increase the size of the ball which would mean more either more or less hexagons, I believe these decisions would be made later once the game has been tested first.
The colours picked for the hexagons was based upon my initial research. When it came to choosing colour I had found that the Olympics ring logo used the colours black, yellow, red, green, blue and white (the flags white background) all of which represent one colour from each country in the world. Also at the time of initial production the participation of all the countries taking part during the first Olympic games. I felt this was the best colours to choose for the football simply because of what the Olympic games represent and what you can expect from these world renowned international events.
